Booking and Deposit:

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• This deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
•  By paying your deposit, you are acknowledging and accepting these terms and conditions.  

Cancellation Policy:

• Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

Colour Correction:

• Colour correction services can be unpredictable, and multiple sessions may be required to achieve the desired result.
• While I will do my utmost to achieve your desired outcome, I cannot guarantee the final results of colour correction services.

Client Expectations:

• I will conduct a consultation prior to the appointment, to ensure that I understand your hair goals.
• Please have realistic expectations of the outcome, and understand that individual hair types can affect the results.
• I reserve the right to refuse service if I feel the desired results are unachievable, or would damage your hair.

Payment:

• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
• Acceptable forms of payment will be discussed prior to the appointment.

Liability:

• While all due care will be taken, I am not liable for unforeseen allergic reactions or damage caused by pre-existing hair conditions.
